We currently ship to customers located within Europe.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
All products include free shipping. The cost of delivery is already included in the price of each item.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are typically 7–14 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or high order volumes, delivery times may extend to approximately 9–25 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped using DHL or equivalent international logistics partners when necessary to ensure delivery.

Shipment Origin
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and may be dispatched from different international locations depending on product availability and logistics.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Fabrika Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Fabrika Supply cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
