Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Fabrika Supply cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fabrikasupply.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.

Return Address
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and return addresses may vary depending on the item.

For this reason, customers must contact our support team before sending any return to receive the correct return address.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention
To protect our business and customers, Fabrika Supply reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse of the return policy, fraudulent activity, excessive return patterns, or items returned in a condition that does not comply with this policy.

Any items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may be rejected.
